Tempo Build Consulting is more than a name.  It combines two words with relevance to the construction industry. "Tempo" refers to the pace or speed at which work is done, which is crucial in the construction industry where meeting project milestones and timelines is critical. "Build" denotes the process of constructing or erecting a building or structure. Our name (Tempo Build Consulting) specializes in providing consulting services that help clients achieve their project milestones within critical timelines, with a focus on the construction industry.

 

After 15 years serving in senior roles in the Construction and Real Estate Development industry, Tempo Build Consulting Co. was created to take the unique experiences and expertise gained during that time, and serve a niche service in the industry by providing those services to Clients à la carte.  Tempo Build Consulting provides clients with expertise in Primavera (P6) Critical Path Project Scheduling, Real Estate due diligence and Development Services, Estimating,  and Construction Owner's representative services.  (Check out our Services page to learn more).
